For 25 years, Dr. Georges Najm has operated at the intersection of strategy, reputation, and influence — designing messages that move institutions, orchestrating campaigns that shift narratives, and intervening in crises where the stakes leave no room for error.
He is the Founder & CEO of NOISE PR Firm, headquartered in Beirut with a fully operational office in Paris, under the name Noise Global Network. Over the course of his career, he has advised presidents, ministers, mayors, corporate leaders, and multilateral institutions across Lebanon, the MENA region, Europe, and beyond — guiding them through some of the most complex and sensitive communication challenges of their time.
His practice is built on three pillars: high-level strategic advisory and message architecture; hands-on execution across PR, media relations, digital, and events; and discreet crisis intervention delivered with speed, precision, and cultural fluency. He does not choose between strategy and execution. He masters both.
Academically, Dr. Najm holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from TBS Education in Toulouse, France, with doctoral research focused on political communication and image transformation in unstable democracies.
